We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of new pricing. Customers on monthly billing will see price changes on their next renewal date.
You retain full ownership of all data you upload to Stay in Touch, including contacts, companies, messages, and notes. You grant us the right to:
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STAY IN TOUCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR £100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. STAY IN TOUCH MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stay in Touch and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. You may request a data export within 30 days of termination.
Stay in Touch reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the Service. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.
Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us to resolve any disputes. If a dispute cannot be resolved through good faith negotiation, either party may pursue legal remedies in the courts of England.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
